The eighth Stonewall Leadership Programme takes place 22-23 November 2012 at Ashridge Business School in Hertfordshire. The Leadership Programme is the most prestigious leadership course specifically designed for high talent lesbian, gay and bisexual professionals in the UK.
Completed applications must be received by Friday 28 September 2012.
Managerial, director and senior executive roles are typically well-represented on the Stonewall Leadership Programme. However, organisational seniority or managerial responsibilities are not absolute factors for selection. The Stonewall Leadership Programme welcomes applications from high-talent individuals who demonstrate progression and evidence of leadership.
All applicants must clearly state their career motivation for attending the Stonewall Leadership Programme and are encouraged to reference personal insights on their leadership, the relevance of sexual orientation and the outcomes they hope to achieve on returning to work.
Applicants will need to identify an organisational sponsor for their application. This person may be a line manager, mentor or role model, or other senior colleague with whom you are comfortable discussing your personal experiences before and after the programme.
Stonewall encourages women, people from black and minority ethnic backgrounds, disabled people and other underrepresented groups to apply. We welcome applications from all sectors and industries.
