Line Managers: How to manage a diverse workforce.

Managers play a pivotal role in harnessing the strength of diversity by supporting the well-being of their lesbian, gay and bisexual employees. By celebrating achievements in diversity and inclusion alongside challenging homophobia and biphobia, managers can role model good behaviour and create a culture of mutual respect within their teams. However, many employers are still unclear about how best to support managers within their organisation. Join us for the launch of Stonewall’s latest workplace guide on the steps employers can take to help their managers with best practice examples from leading employers.
