Stonewall’s Education Guide on Effective school leadership, supported by the National College for School Leadership, provides essential information for school leaders on how to work with your school community to prevent and tackle homophobic bullying. The guide includes information on developing good practice in your school, and how to ensure your whole school community – from governors to teaching assistants, and parents and carers to young people themselves – are on board and take a consistent approach. It also provides our top ten tips and features good practice examples from Stonewall Education Champions.
