Director of Personal and Professional Development Programmes

Reporting to the Senior Director of Programmes this is a newly created role to take responsibility for strategic planning, business development and high-quality delivery of Stonewall’s suite of personal and development programmes, including our leadership, role model and allies programmes, as well as our programmes to support others to develop campaigns and build inclusive cultures. You’ll have a creative and responsive approach to programme development that places positive and sustainable social change for LGBT people from all communities at its heart.

Director of Membership Programmes

Reporting to the Senior Director of Programmes this post takes responsibility for strategic planning, business development and high-quality delivery of Stonewall’s membership programmes including the Diversity Champions, Education Champions and Global Champions Programmes, indices and resources.

You will manage, counsel and support Client Account Managers and their teams and colleagues from across the organisation to develop and deliver Stonewall’s membership programmes to a consistently high-standard in line with the organisational strategy and business plans.

International Partnerships Officer

Major Partnerships is a newly created team at Stonewall providing a central point of contact for our top level clients. Its aim is to create, build and maintain long term strategic relationships with our key partners and sponsors. This business development role focuses on creating, building and maintaining long-term relationships with our corporate sponsors to meet ambitious income targets for sponsorship and advertising income.

The International Partnerships Officer provides vital intelligence and insight into global employer workplace practices. The Officer, reporting to Major Partnerships Manager, will develop resources, guidance, collect evidence and collate best practice about LGBT inclusion in the workplace on the global level.

Major Partnerships Administrator

Major Partnerships is a newly created team at Stonewall providing a central point of contact for our top level clients. Its aim is to create, build and maintain long term strategic relationships with our key partners and sponsors. This role will provide support to a team of 4 across the range of their activities.  It's a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of our work with major clients.

Memberships Project Assistant

Stonewall’s Membership Programmes team has an exciting portfolio of projects which are delivered to Diversity and Education Champion organisations. These projects engage, facilitate and further develop the work member organisations undertake in creating LGBT-friendly workplaces. This Assistant role will involve supporting the delivery of a wide range of projects through effective administration, leading on discrete pieces of work and effective internal communication.
