Workplace Officer

Stonewall Scotland's highly successful Workplace Programmes help over 40 major employers to improve the worklace for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) staff in Scotland's private and public sectors. We're looking for a skilled communicator to join the Workplace Team, to manage and motivate the members of our Diversity Champions Programme, to recruit new employers and deliver changes in employment, policy and practice for Scotland's LGBT population.
