Stonewall Cymru’s Director, Andrew, has a background in the private and public sectors having developed the business of global advertising and communications company TMP Worldwide in Wales, before moving to head up the Health and Voluntary Sector Team at the Welsh Language Board.

Colin Macfarlane is the Director of Stonewall Scotland. Colin provides day-to-day leadership and management of the Scottish operations of Stonewall, leading the continued growth of Stonewall Scotland's national profile and programmes.

Venu is Stonewall’s Senior Director of Programmes. She leads on the strategic planning, business development and high quality delivery of Stonewall’s extensive portfolio of programmes.

Rachel Cohen is the Director of Communications at Stonewall. Rachel oversees Stonewall’s external and internal communications, and designs and leads the implementation of Stonewall’s communications strategies.

Max Draper is the Director of Finance and Operations at Stonewall. Her team provides vital support for Stonewall’s work, looking after the finance, databases and IT functions, and making sure that everything works perfectly.

Jan is the group brand director at Aviva, the UK's largest and Europe’s leading provider of life and general insurance.
Richard is the Distribution Director for Swinton Insurance. He has worked in the financial services sector for more than 30 years, holding senior leadership positions at Barclays, Bank of New York, Thomson Reuters and Lloyds Banking Group.
Simon Blake OBE
Simon is the Chief Executive of the National Union of Students; a role he has held since May 2015. Prior to this Simon was the Chief Executive of Brook, the young people’s sexual health charity.
Katie is a station manager for Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service where she has worked predominantly in response and fire safety roles for 17 years.
Sheldon is the Senior Director of Mergers at the Competition and Markets Authority, where he is responsible for UK merger control enforcement.
Shona is a retired accountant whose career included being Chief Financial Officer for EMEA at Deutsche Bank, where she worked for 25 years. She now sits on the board of a number of charities and community interest companies and is a co-Vice Chair of Regent's University in London.
Phyll is co-founder and Executive Director of UK Black Pride. She is also the Head of Campaigns for the largest civil service trade union, PCS. Phyll brings with her an unwavering commitment to workplace equality and social justice, which has secured her a seat on the TUC LGBT Committee.
Lisa is Area Manager for Staffordshire, Warwickshire and West Midlands at the Environment Agency, where she has worked in numerous operational and national roles for 17 years. She is also the Executive Champion for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans diversity.
Oliver is co-founder of Belong, a communications agency that creates employee engagement campaigns for some of the UK’s leading businesses.
Prior to Belong, Oliver spent seven years at the creative agency BDA, where he founded and ran BDA’s communication division.
Tim is the founder and Managing Director of Alder Media, a London-based agency specialising in crisis PR and issues management. He is a director of travel PR firm MyTravelPressOffice and a Specialist Partner of Pagefield Communications.
